Payment

In respect of Fraser Fire Alarms Ltd supplied goods, services our ordering system allows you to make several choices of payment. We accept all major credit / debit cards, cheque or simply complete the online order form. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or online. Currency Conversion

Delivery Address

In conjunction with our security policy we only supply products to the cardholders address as standard. If your wish the item to be sent to an address other than that of the card address please contact us via email [email protected]. Entering an address into the site when it is not the registered address of the card may subject your order to a delay.

Generally we will accept two forms of identification showing the card address to allow an order to go to an alternative residential address. We will deliver to an alternative business address providing we can verify details.

Placing an Order

Simply browse our catalogue and click on “Add” at the item you wish to buy and it will be added into your Basket. Once you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for your details. If any item is not available, it will automatically be placed on back order for you, however, should you not wish to make use of this facility you may cancel your order. Back ordered items may be charged before they are ready for dispatch.

Refund Policy:
We must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of goods if they are being returned and they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods being returned must be unopened and in their original packaging in resalable condition.  Return carriage cost is the responsibility of the purchaser and returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery for low cost items and Courier for high value items.
